Part of my field studies in Mexico was evaluating organic farms there and there are no restrooms, they just "relieve their bowels" right there in the field and on the food

what a spiffy idea! they must have the most natural and organic crops down there in Mexico then!))

Sustainable agriculture teehee ^_^

(I'm afraid that I feel that I have little offhand to add on the topics of organic foods or vegetarianism, so I will leave them for now. ^^; )

Aah, but as a villain it rests on me to in fact reject nettiquette as suits me - it's all in the Villain Code, you know. ;P

However, now that you mention it, performing the sacrifice at the stroke of the New Year might actually be a good idea - liminals are powerful moments, after all, and a New Year is not bad as such things go, I think...

Oh no, I plan on resurrecting your corporeal remains as part of my undead army- uh, wait, I wasn't supposed to admit that, was I?

This is turning out more Van Helsing than The Matrix! But promise me one thing. If you resurrect me, make my skull opaque rather than transparent with a green glow.

Oh, don't worry, I tend to prefer sorcery to pseudoscience, and the former seems to seldom result in transparent skulls.

It's not impossible, just unlilkely.

Hahaa! Your plans will come to naught, for all I am and have ever been is this hand, the rest of me mere illusion!

Besides, do not the hallowed forum rules clearly state that "Thou shalt prefer those of lesser post count over those of greater"?

*crackling of old, dusty pages turning*

Alas! Yes, the Great Book of the Rule, as written centuries ago by the Blind Monk, states that, Simo... Thou were right indeed!

there are exceptions to every rule, especially in dusty leather bounded books written in dead languages. He'll find a way around this but have we been reduced to cowards? Can no one stand up to him? Remember Gabriel and the voodoo queen and the werewolf and the vampires? Did he coward? Thaumaturge must have one weakness and I believe I know it.

I believe Thaumaturge one weakness is his over-confidence. Time and time again, every villain pretty much ever has been taken down because of this one factor! We just need a plan.

(and in case that doesn't work, ponders grabbing some one from behind and cowering behind him/her at the stroke of midnight...)

I believe I found an ancient prophecy, whilst I was sifting through the old library of the Blind Monk. Here it is:

Garlic and sapphires in the mud
Clot the bedded axle-tree.
The thrilling wire in the blood
Sings below inveterate scars
Appeasing long forgotten wars.

Now we only have to found someone capable of reveal the secluded mystery of these rhymes and we'll have a solution!

Andrea, was your ancient prophecy by any chance found in the Blind Monk's cookbook?

The title of the volume is erased from the long time spent in the dusty shelf. But if you have a suggestion, we all will be more than glad to hear it, Krss!

No, no, not the prophecy!  It shall never come to pass, never, NEVER!

You will never find the scarred Axle-tree in time with the sapphires!

*sends a large contingent of constructs and a large dragon to guard a particular, badly-scarred tree, and sets up a puzzle-and-unnecessarily-complex-deathtrap-filled dungeon around the sapphires, just in case*

Perhaps, but I don't intend to sacrifice myself - I want to enjoy the "fireworks"...

Bah!  It's not overconfidence if you really are that good - um, evil.

[edit]
The time has arriven*, here at least - sacrificial victims, stand forth!  Unless someone wishes to challenge my power, of course...  *grins and looks evilly confident* ;P

*Yes, I know that that word is probably not in anyone's dictionary. ;P

*shuts the door open with a loud bang. His long robes are covered with mud and what appear to be stains of blood. Strides toward the center of the room*

I searched it all night. Thaumaturge couldn't foresee that here, in my country, yesterday night was going to snow. Covered with glowing crystals, the long, tapered and rod-shaped Axle-tree sparkled under the moon, leading me to his secret location. With my bare hands, I dug the black earth, frozen and harsh and I found the Three Sapphires the Blind Monk raved about in his ancient scrolls. I'm too tired to fulfill the prophecy, but you should know what to to do...

*Before collapsing to the ground, hands a sapphire to Ladidada, a sapphire to Krss and a sapphire to Simo*
